So to cut a long story short. I found a way to use cloud storage not just for free but also as an absolutely MASSIVE place to store your files.
I currently have around 14 Terabytes of files on my FREE version of Dropbox.

So 18 years ago I tried this little *feature* in Dropbox - IIRC, you could sign up and cancel right away - but the bonus storage was never removed - so as long as you had the money you could fill your Dropbox cloud with WAAAAAAY over and technically one was not breaking any law.
