I don't recall that element being in there, no.... I am also confused, though, by reports of this impacting post-92s more because my recollection of TPS was that salary sacrifice specifically wasn't allowed....

UUK had a good graph of money in and money out from Labour govt policies, and it's a significant removal of money from the sector. I've seen it in my uni presentation on financial context rather than on here though.
