As someone not involved in training residents give me a coresident who does their job instead of complaining about how they are tired and don’t want to put up with “grunt work”

Well, we all have our own experiences but the elder residents i worked with were mostly
“that’s not my job, that’s busy work”,
“that’s not my job I don’t do patient transport”
“That’s not my job” etc etc
They end up being good doctors I’m sure but painful to be a coresident with
