Well, I won't be downhill skiing in that (I once got stuck on a lift for an hour at Tremblant in similar temperatures and that gives me pause now), but yeah, we'll just be going about our lives as usual.

This was cemented when Toronto called the army to bail them out of a snowstorm in 1999 and they will never live that down.
Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton, "Winterpeg" etc. may be large, but still qualify because winters are still pretty harsh in those cities.
