Just seeing that Trump stopped all immigration from Afghanistan, that's exactly what I expected, it's a shame all people get judged for one crazy person

Yeah sounds like being extremely tired because of lack of sleep, plus body is trained to wake up at a certain time.. the funny thing is when you wake up the same time for a few days the body automatically adjusts to it, that's why working by shifts is so unhealthy too

Yeah, sleep is really so important, also for health, immune system etc. I'd love to not need to sleep at all though, so much time is wasted by it haha
