My job used to have a fun get-to-know-your-coworkers question of the week, and one week, I submitted "What is your favorite flower?" Several male coworkers told me they appreciated the opportunity to answer that question, since no one ever asks men about that. 💐

I enjoyed Ercole Amante more than you did, but Hercules’ opening aria was pretty rough, I think the tessitura was too low for the singer. He had an impressive chest! But he needed an impressive chest VOICE.

Stoppard's "Arcadia" taught me that the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics always wins in the sense that everything tends toward disorder & chaos, that it's easier to smash something than put it back together… which might well be how AI will affect our world but is probably not what its promoters intend?
