Oddly inspirational sticker to come across on my birthday

Final call for participants for an interview study (via Zoom) on end of life issues and accessing EoL care from the viewpoint of disabled people. You have to be over 18 years old, live in the United States, have a disability/be disabled, and identify as a disability activist.
