I played this title before on ps2 so this is more a replay. It's been more than a decade since so this was a bit of a trip to memory lane and nostalgia. BUT I remember poorly and forgot many things so thu felt basically new to me. I got lost a lot . 🙈 +

Dragon Quest VIII 3ds remake done! ✨

I'm no expert but, while grinding levels with Liquid Metal Slime. I realized her Fan Dango with Metal slash (hero), needle rain(angelo - yes, in the remake they aren't immune to this ability) and yangus executioner helps a bit.

This metal king slime spot (Dragon Graveyard dungeon) is lowk the worst. Space is too narrow and the terrain is too irregular for 4-5 monster spawn which btw are a prob 1 meter away from the other.
