It's the season again, it seems? I also just renewed some expiring certificates at home and at work.

I don't think they "miss" two syllables with the English version - the German version "slurs" the "and" in "nine and ninety" heavily, almost being "neun-neunzig", maybe "neun-n-neunzig". So it works out in English with "just" 99 red balloons.

I think the one setting that should be "honoured" (and the Framework may already do this) is light Vs dark scheme - like prefers-color-scheme on the web developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/W...

Yup, I see that argument - but if everything was priced at actual hardware value/cost, we'd be in a different world.
Going by what the Index and Quest Pro cost, I see 1000€ as a "valid" price point.
