I use podcasts to make sure I do my adult stuff, I can only listen to them while I do autopilot work, washing dishes vacuuming, anything that needs doing but needs no thought. That way I’m busy physically but engrossed in the podcast still

I always forget about music until the last minute but I’m prepared today. Also I’ve always got podcasts although I find it hard to listen to them when I’m not doing another activity
