Zumindest das UIG hat zum Glück eine Grundlage im Europarecht. Damit gibt es einen Mindeststandard, hinter den der Bundesgesetzgeber nicht zurückfallen kann (nicht einmal durch Aufhebung des Gesetzes).
Aber das – ohnehin schon restriktive – IFG abzuschaffen wäre wirklich fatal.
