Working on a new banner for my social medias.
Here you can see the difference between my layout sketch, and my first refinement sketch. From here, I usually either refine once more, or, if I feel like I kinda got enough of a guideline; I go straight into lining.

Main changes: -Both Chio(art sona) and Stars(Gaming sona) is presented in the middle. -my current pets -My hyperfixation(Hancock and Nathan) take center stage. -new characters i draw a lot are added -representing both pokémon and digimon -adding the Norwegian flag alongside the non binary and pride flags. My current banner. Main reasons for changing is: -I don't have all the birds anymore (I sadly had to rehome them last year when i moved across the country. I dtill have the yellow one, though) -I don't use Eden or Jazzy at all anymore(the anthros in the middle) -I don't use the bois in the corner at all, and I have a different set of wip comic characters I use a lot more) -I don't play New Vegas much at all. So no need to include Arcade and Heron this much.

Been trying to design a cartoony, cute shrimp the past week, but holy hell! Shrimps are so wierd when you look closely at them!
Like take a proper look at the shrimp's face in the refrence photo I used for the anatomy.

Made a digidestined trio. Their story is about the dangers of becoming too dependent on the digital space, and how with the same beginning, one's decitions can bring people down vastly different paths.(allegories to VR addiction, and how that can lead to alienation and isolation away from other humans irl) Yosei never faced problems regarding addoction to the digital world. Outside his adventures, he had a safety net of other friends, a supporting family, and a hobby he enjoyed in track. He still loved his time fighting for the digital world but made sure it didn't take over his life. Renko started out as someone very susceptible to the digital world. He was a loner who looked down on those he believed to be less intelligent than him. But over tim, through fighting alongside his friends, by experiencing both failures and victories, and in the end helping in stopping a great danger, he grew to see the errors in his old ways and beliefs. He chanelled his intelligence and newfound love for technology and computers into his future studies and future career as a computer engineer. Hotaru, however, he got lost in the digital world. Neglecting family, friends, and school, spending every waking moment he could exploring the digital world. As he grew older, he spent less and less time in the human world, and in the end, he decided to not return. And why would he? He had dropped out, had no real friends left in the human world. Why should he leave the life of a digidestined to live a life as an adult? The few times he leaves the digital world, he finds it near impossible to talk to people. So thse rare occasions become more and more infrequent.
