I don't support that decision. Trump claimed Hernández was the victim of a setup by Autopens admin and his prosecution was politically motivated. Trump compared this to his own legal challenges in 2024, and claimed Hernández was persecuted by “radical leftist forces”. He served 4 years in prison.

I was pointing out the hypocrisy of John's comment. An NYT investigation, citing five officials, contradicted NPR's narrative (lie), reporting that Hegseth did not issue instructions regarding survivors or authorize a follow-up strikes.

There are many good generals on both sides in many wars. Sherman in the Civil War and Napoleon are a couple of examples.
