I’m trying to understand why Trump and his racist and corrupt regime are going after the Somali communities. How can a president call an American community “garbage” and get away with it? I’m not daft but this is beyond normal comprehension to most of us outside of the USA.

Possibly, yes. I believe there are over hundreds of thousands of U.S. service members across Europe. Though, I think it's highly unlikely that the current regime would spend a dime to help American citizens. Well, that's my observation.
