You don't need a plugin - there's a sound function built into stream deck so you just need to find your sound and export it from like a video or find some other download and then you just set that as the sound that plays

My last setup on one was just obs commands (go live, and break, etc.) silly sounds, a death counter for FromSoft games, and scene changes. I'd recommend starting small, and just play with stuff. Make it a soundboard.
