It's perfectly possible to write horrific cryptic concise nonsense in pwsh if you want to.

I found Perl very accessible.
Although I use pwsh a lot & it's my go-to for most things, I've seen some absolutely disgusting scripts. A lot comes down to who writes it, not the lang itself.
