There is no way to deport people without terror. The whole point of the deportation structure, even under democrats and dating back before ICE is to terrorize immigrant workers and keep them from organizing for equal rights. it sustains a 2 tier labor system by purposefully not providing citizenship

idk you or your crew, i cant tell you how to organize but in my experience orgs with women in leadership still harm women. organizing horizontally has been shown to be more sustainable and cause less harm to our marginalized members. consensus decision making & freedom to abstain are valuable tools.

buckle & put all members/work at a standstill when misoginy, transphobia, or racism harms somebody. Leadership structures aren't effective in dealing with these harms. putting someone who's identity is targetted by these negative forces in a leadership position wont prevent these incidents either.
