Surprised this doesn’t happen more often tbh! Any combination of insufficient testing days, insufficient experience or inattentive clients increases the risk of something like this, and all of the above happen regularly in our industry.

Ah man, excited for this! I guess it would be good if it could avoid the issues CS had with unnatural DNS responses that stood out (see article). Do you plan to use an existing DNS solution?
