In b2b world some customers pay millions of dollars, do you really want to use bots to talk to them, you can't afford an hour to get their feedback, I don't remember the last time I preferred talking to a bot to share my feedback versus a human

Stewart makes a great point that it's on the executive to decrease hyper-realistic work activities in their department, unfortunately many executives believe that their work is showing to their bosses how great they are doing through endless presentations
