in many high crime neighborhoods it’s dangerous to be seen talking to cops, or maybe you don’t have your permit, even if you call the cops you can be fucked over by your local anti-gun prosecutor so for many if there’s no damage it makes way more sense to brush yourself & process it on the way home.

Because it saves way more lives than gun homicides, stops mass shootings way more reliably than cops, 92% of DGU’s involve just brandishing which means victim AND attacker(s) get to walk away unharmed. And if you’re admitting they’re safe then okay agreed so what’s the issue?
