How did you do Christmas as kids? When I was a little un, everything came from Father Christmas, from stockings to main present with nothing from family or friends. It was only when I had my own family that I discovered that this was definitely *not* the way most others do it!

I have been shouted at, as a receptionist because the customer didn’t like the on hold music that I didn’t even choose, and been accused of “swanning round in a posh car” by a woman who was trying to ring the council and wouldn’t have it that she had rung an admin office in a different town.
