Ignoring all the bad press, UB taking over design, anything to make the numbers go up, the actual sets of 2025 were kinda bangers (outside of Spider-Man). Really enjoying Avatar, Edge, Final Fantasy. Didnt mind Aetherdrift or Dragonstorm either!

No match-up is truly 100% between skill, variance, sideboard, misplay, etc. But mill vs titan feels about close as possible to it. I don't think I've ever lost a match to them (they're usually pretty happy if there's a game 3).

No, it makes perfect sense, even if the exact words aren't there. World is a shithole and everything that is good feels fleeting since we know previous things once treasured have left. Tteasuring the days my mind stays occupied.

I remember getting a Bye after my first-ever tournament round 1 loss. I thought the paper was telling me "Good bye, leave, you are done loser." I was confused because it was a 9 round Regionals, I wasn't ready to go home. P sure 13 y/o me cried lol.

I tried Oildeep Gearhulk instead of Sheoldred bc paying good money for an expensive rotating card is icky. I tried to justify it by saying it gains life faster than Sheoldred idk

I've really been enjoying this Sombretour debut album. It's like if 90s Swedish death metal like In Flames & ATG fused together with Lantlos, Alcest, and Deafheaven?? Otherwise, recent discoveries were Harifa and Aara.
