Costco has mahi mahi frozen in bags, they're expensive, but you have to think it's like 10 meals! I just use olive oil, salt and pepper, and they are done in 8 minutes! They are incredibly delicious and go with anything.

From Trader Joe's DEFINITELY the Jalapeño Cream Cheese Wontons! Serve it with their sweet chili sauce, it is less than $2 a bottle and it is fantastic.
