LLMs aren’t trained on individual conversations like that. Stuff like it could be shoved in the prompt for a particular patient. But guardrails people want like “the LLM won’t suggest committing a crime” have proven infeasible

I really wish folks would stop saying “guardrails” like it’s some magic wand people can check a checkbox to do. The fact is we don’t know if such guardrails are practical to do.
