I couldn't sleep last night cause my pain was really bad, like when I was playing down, the prangs were constant sometimes making me flinch. It's like when you tweak your back wrong, it's like that pain. Constantly

For the people that see this, do you know anyone that has spinal stenosis or achondroplasia dwarfism? I have both and my stenosis has been getting worse, so I was curious what helps with it besides stretches and meds.
