We’ve been brainstorming with my partner the best course of action on how to put deterrents to the situation, even considering the nuclear option (tell mum). We have some plans and some safeguards but I’m still hurting. Don’t wanna watch him self-sabotage and throw away his life again.

Welp now it seems like my bro is in a mania episode and it’s complicated. The bastard is obsessed with making a huge mistake that will send all the hard work basically to the garbage. I’m mad and I’m hurt. If you’ve ever treated someone in a mania episode, you’ll know they cannot be reasoned.
