It would be nice to see individual responsibility in the penalty. Here in NZ, no matter that you’re the CEO/CTO/CSO being paid $250K+ to know how to do this shit. Every failure is a learning opportunity.

Don’t other acts already encompass privacy? I know digital access changes things. But the underlying principle would be well established.

That comparison is so far from the truth! You can’t close an individual tab without -gasp- closing it and losing it from the tab group. Hope you know the URL! So, unlike bookmarks which are saved and grouped, and can be revisited, tab groups are just a fancy way of hiding the number of open tabs.
