That I'm not toooooooo worried about, drawing is the kind of passion that pops up and most people usually start doing it for fun rather than to 'get good', so that's unlikely to change. It's doing it professionally on an industry that's likely to get affected.

You are missing my point. Yes, anyone passionate about art can and will learn to draw. But they would not be able to learn and improve while being compensated for their work and make a living of it. Art doesn't need to be just a hobby, and AI can actively destroy it as a career choice.

...using what energy you have left after a workday to put a bit into art, which is often not a lot, or that you're already financially secure enough that you don't need a job to devote your time to drawing. So AI at industry level is, in fact, risking making art something only 'the elite' can enjoy.

Oh yeah, at the very least, there's just so much better reference material, usually. Sure, I've stumbled on a couple of AI images that made me go 'huh I like this composition actually' or something, but then you remember it's a composition that was likely ripped from an existing artwork.
