I totally agree. If the sheriff and investigator themselves knew it wasn't really a threat from the start, what does it matter that locals have no reading comprehension?? Unless you're just trying to manufacture consent beforehand, of course... 🤔 They're trying to claim "he knew people would panic"

It's like their telling on themselves with these kind of statements. The sheriff even stated elsewhere on FB that he and his investigators were fully aware the meme referenced a past factual incident in Iowa and not a future hypothetical event in Tennessee. Yet they said there was "mass hysteria" 🤔

To clarify, the sheriff is quoted in The Tennessean saying the other memes were covered under free speech. Specifically they are trying to catch him on a technicality with the DJT quote because it shares a keyword with a nearby school in Tennessee- but that's laughable at best if not an outright lie

He was entitled to a hearing 10 days after his arrest, but that was mysteriously "cancelled" and reset to December?! Seems like they know it's BS and the goal is to keep him locked up as long as possible.
