Either i have crazy as pain tolerance but 500mg panadol is keeping pain at bay gor som crazy horse pills and tramadol jut i dont feel like i need any of that.

Althought atm all the soreness im having is due to me exercising prior to me being in recovery for a few weeks.

Should probably not so much vr cardio coz these neck being sore is freaking me out occasionally until i remind my self :D

Plastic surgery is mainly because they are forced to split my jaw (like a saloon door) to get to the tumor and do some reconstruction. I am not looking forward to the days after that.
