Everyday when Lil' Eric got in the car for school or whatever I would load the Experience Hendrix CD, play Voodoo Child and put it on shuffle. And when I drove him to college we went song for song playing what we considered "classics." He was out of ammunition after a few hours though. 😭

The median home price was ~$403K before the Mayor took office. Now DC is more unaffordable (~$1.4M) to buy a home in than EVERY state in the country. And with the city's rampant violence against the unhoused, it is also dangerously unaffordable to be homeless here.
