Completely disagree. She has now
(rightly) gone to appeal which I expect she will win. The judge's ruling has already been amended through a certificate of correction.

You are surely not condoning the actions? It was sex by deception which affected the freedom and indeed capacity of the victim to choose whether or not to engage in sexual activity. Clearly the right decision here.

I owe you a longer explanation & know you meant well. We're divided by our sex, not by 'gender'. 'Gender' is regressive - it refers to stereotypes which society has determined belongs to a woman or a man. Feminists have been fighting against this for decades. I'm not 'cis.' Nor do I have a gender.
