The current version of this seems to be the Sensei 310

I used the Sensei Ten from SteelSeries which is ambidextrous friendly and works like a charm. Can fully recommend to left handers

I think this applies to games similar to Pokémon as well. They spoil all Pokémon before the games even release, in a genre where not knowing what waits in the tall grass is half the fun...
