Happy Thanksgiving from me and this tremendous snoot

I love that we have this time together that is kind of unpleasant (medication, gross) but have turned it into something more engaging and fun.

So now it's become a game - I dig through, she noses around my fingers, and tries to get things before I give them to her. It's so cute.

I realized recently that she now follows my fingers, because she knows that whatever I give her will be very tasty.

I will also dig through it with her to help find the choice seed bits, which are obviously the best bits.

I admit I can't read the article, so maybe this gets addressed. But the word "host" has a specific meaning, and it feels VERY out of pocket to ask your guests for financial support when you've taken this on.

My feeling is, if I am offering to host an event, that has specific connotations. If I want to delegate parts of that event to others, like bringing a side or something, great! If you're doing a collaborative thing where everyone contributes, that feels like something different.
