I'll be investigating Root app, as it comes with many similar features. I've seen stoat but I believe it requires self hosting so I'm not sure about it.

Personally, I like a "gaussian blurred" background. I use Google photos with creative commons license allowed (but double checking ai bs now) and then just blur the shit out it. This allows me to really convey where/what's going on that my art might not have otherwise.
