Before finding myself spending so much time in the courthouse, I primarily covered DNREC, and absolutely would agree with this sentiment. FOIAs are a must.

Arguably RLF reps a ton of high profile clients and musk was already gone, that at least was their argument despite all of the evidence - your excellent reporting here included - pointing to the contrary.

But what’s the definition of a “bleed”? Experts have said some 16 big companies have actually left since last year - I’ve added a handful more threats like this to the list. How many billion-dollar companies does it really take to put the whole states system in jeopardy?
