Ona recent trip to Toronto; Picking up my grandson a few blocks away due to lack of parking anywhere. I parked on College ~ 4 blocks away. I was no more than a 100 feet away as the "Ticket Man" scurried to get in his car. $190.00 for a parking ticket. Would confiscation be for a moving violation???
