Thanks!! It makes sense that pending would be included in Crim. I would just love if it were more clear-cut.

That's where I got the definition for threat levels. But I can't find anything on Crim vs Non-Crim.

The footnotes break criminality into 3 categories (Convicted Criminal, Pending Criminal Charges, Other Immigration Violators), but I don't see anything on where each falls in Crim/Non-Crim.

My local jail is the last line here. It would make sense if Male Crim included people with pending charges, because No ICE Threat Level is only people with no convictions. But that's not defined anywhere, right?

Another question - do you know how ADP can be 0 for Threat Levels 1, 2, and 3 while ADP for Male Crim is greater than 0? (For my local jail, it's 2.) I can't find a definition of Male/Female Crim.
