Search had been bugging me for a while too. I rewrote it to find items across the entire app, not just the currently selected list, and it’s now faster and more efficient than ever. The new architecture is also flexible enough to support advanced features in the future, like natural language search.

Some YouTube creators are so great, we never miss a new video. For those, Play will soon let you automatically add their new uploads to the watch later queue!
