If the store is running a Manager’s Special on a certain product, the instacart customer does not receive that deal. For instance, if eggs have been marked down from 6.99 to 1.99, due to an overage of those eggs, the instacart customer pays 6.99 for those eggs and instacart pockets the savings.

There's an extra layer of horror here when you factor in that disabled folks have to rely on instacart for groceries in many cases
