Working on checkpoints in Cosmic Jam. Right now, my plan is for them to be these mausoleums that open portals when activated. Might add some more bells and whistles as I go, but they seem to be working! #ScreenshotSaturday #GameDev #MonoGame #IndieGames

Been working out some issues with the camera in Cosmic Jam and made a little helper entity that renders the physical bounds of the camera. The player can move up to the edges. Upon reaching full speed, the camera will lead the character to show more in front of them.

I'm trying to make Cosmic Jam accessible in a few ways. One of those ways is allowing players to adjust colors for important objects in the environment that may be hard to spot when going full speed.
