Subsidies to farmers and consolidation of farms does need to be dealt with.

I was able to find this in your linked papers, but it is pretty open ended. Focusing on local community building is necessary, but it is a long term initiative.

Betar, which has been labelled an extremist group by the ADL, has been working with the administration on this modern day blacklist. Betar is a 501c3 organization.
