My mom wasn’t/isn’t* a bad cook, but she was epically basic, to the point where I ate spaghetti at a friend’s in college and was too freaked out to eat** because there were big chunks of pepper onions and sausage in the sauce. *She has widened her cooking horizons a bit now, but still has to use /1

The poor Wil Wheaton Law by itself has been kicked, trampled, buried in peat moss and recycled as firefighters lo these last 10+ years. It needs this sentiment by its side, methinks.

I can’t stand pecan pie. It’s unhinged that they think it’s the GOAT. It’s grossly teeth curling sticky sweet. I’d literally rather have chess pie which is basically baked sugars.
