i just saw a commercial saying i could save hundreds on car insurance. well guess what? i can't. you know why? because i don't own a motor vehicle. i've tried to buy car insurance and every time i've been turned away because i don't have a car. and when i see a commercial like that, it stings. a lot

I would think you would want to either:
— Expedite permitting for all new housing
— Expedite permitting for new housing that's *not* in a fire zone
Specifically easing permitting *only* for rebuilding in fire-vulnerable areas is odd.
