Exercise bike is already in place and ready to run. I can also change the tension and run a number of training programs, so has many advantages over the rollers.
Just need to get the camera, radio, and other gadgets attached to the handle bars! 🤓

Abandoned this idea on account that I have an exercise bike in the bedroom! Forgot all about it as it’s traditionally just had things piled on it.
Just done 5KM (can’t find the instructions so stuck with KMs) constant pedal n 10 mins on setting 5.
£220 to spend on something else!

A Trouser Shop does sound more correct than a Trousers Shop.
As an aside, if Mr Trouser owned a shop then it would be Trouser’s Shop, and it would solve many quandaries if he actually sold Trousers!

I still struggle as vegetarian options are very limited. When I do find one they are often full of onion , salad dressing, or mayo …. yuck!

Saturday, traditionally, was time and a half and Sunday double time here. However, for sometime now, my old employer just offered time for both days then complained they never got any takers.
