id also recommend "Bog-Standard Isekai". another litrpg isekai series that had super good worldbuilding and characters and unintrusive stat sheets (given at the end of a chapter instead of slapped in the middle)

the series is called "I'm not the Hero"; its an isekai litrpg series but honestly id consider it the better of its kind. the worldbuilding is actually really interesting, and they arent constantly belting out stat sheets, which has a tendency to just take me out of the narrative
