Oh no! I thought postpartum shingles was bad, but that sounds like a nightmare.

Totally agree. When my oldest was born, I picked up shingles at the hospital and the side of my face felt like it was on fire. The day of feeling sick from the shot was no fun, but worth it.

Not really a cliffhanger since the primary plotline gets wrapped up, but definitely some questions left out there about what's going to happen with various characters.

I forgot the release date but I saw book 2 mentioned on GE and remember thinking, "Yes, this definitely needs a book 2."

Book 3 is one I've never read and I saw it got mixed reviews. I plan to read it anyway so we'll see....
