For those who are on the adverse side. Do not do this to your S.O. as it can cause trauma and breakups. If you really want to stay together, then pick your words wisely. That is one of many reasons I left my previous S.O.

Here's the thing, your SO should never point out something you are insecure with. Nor should it be something you weren't aware of that you could be insecure with. My ex pointed out my mustache (because I'm Italian) & now I'm insecure about it. Yet he would get offended when I pointed out his flaws.

I could do that, but I think I may just make a private channel in discord for me, so people can see I'm live but can't join unless they are one of the owners. Which there's only 3 of us.

Yea, sadly I had randoms come in to the chat from time to time, but I struggle to keep people from joining the chat if I'm in a public server even if it's a locked channel because it's ones that have the streamer role. That and back when I did do that I was on TeamSpeak.

I have done that in the past, but the problem there is that anytime I did do that, people would join the call instead of joining my chat. Which in turn made my chat dead.

I've tried that, but I kinda prefer to talk to chat instead of my self, as I struggle to figure out what to say when I'm alone and no one is chatting. Otherwise, I stay quiet. Which doesn't help new viewers. I used to stream years ago and had many viewers, IDK why most of them don't watch anymore.

I've been taking a break since I currently have other things going on and currently don't have the drive to stream since I rarely have viewers watching and or chatting. It's hard to talk to chat when no one is there.

I know that, but I have over 200 followers from my time of streaming years ago. I also have affiliate, so how in the heck do I have zero people watching?

That's what I try to do, but it gets draining when It's always nearly no people, and if I do get someone watching they don't stay long.

I'm really thinking of giving up on streaming as it isn't fun when no one shows up to chat. It doesn't make me happy anymore. The only reason I would keep going is if I had consistent chatters.
