I don't generally grow outdoors, so I don't have to deal with that disappointment! When I do grow outside, if there are green ones leftover, I make them into green enchilada sauce! Here is the recipe:

How are they coming along, @helenaillustrates.bsky.social ? I tried Blaue Zimmertomate twice; both times, all ended up being "helmet heads," damped off, and died. I even began them in vitro, the second time - so they were plenty humid. I think next time, I will lightly scarify the seed coats.🙏♥️
