I think they’re right to focus on the installations which are closest to the design they’ve optimised for, as that will allow them to scale quickly. They should also absolutely explain where an install does not fit and guide a way forward for the customer.

Ideally you want generate exactly enough heat to replace that which is being lost, i.e if for a target of 20C you are losing 4kW at -3C you want to be generating 4kW to replace those losses. Room stats/TRVs should not be required if the emitters are sized correctly for each room.

If you’re on pure weather comp flow temps this shouldn’t be necessary, no?
